Construction Management Services for I-580 Westbound HOV Lane Extension Project

Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) seeks to hire a consultant to provide and perform construction management and contract administration services in accordance with the Caltrans Construction Manual and Caltrans Standard Specifications and Plans for the the Bay Bridge Forward I-580 WB HOV Lane Extension Project (Project). The Project proposes to convert approximately 2.3 miles of an existing general purpose lane on the westbound I-580 to a HOV lane. Construction management and contract administration services include, but are not limited to, review of construction progress and progress payments, change management, field review and coordination, review of contractor submittals, and contract item work inspection.
