Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane 300 Highway 361 Crane, IN 47522-5001 intends to solicit and award a Five-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) full and open contract for new manufacture of AN/SPG-62 Reflector (P/N 6778045-50), for the MK-99 Fire Control System (FCS) for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, with an estimated total of $17M. The Government's requirement for award is a minimum of First Articles, Tooling, or 1 CLIN 0003 repair. First Article Testing will be required if the requirement has not been performed in the last three (3) years. FOB Destination is Crane, IN. FMS items will be FOB Origin in accordance with DFARS PGI 225.7301(c)(iv). The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards from Solicitation # N0016425RWP11.

The solicitation, all amendments and associated controlled documents will be posted on Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE formerly known as WAWF) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil. The solicitation notice will flow to SAM.gov, but the actual posting will be in PIEE. The proposal shall also be submitted through the Solicitation Module in PIEE. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to PIEE on https://piee.eb.mil. For within scope changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award, with an estimated award date of November 20th, 2025.
