Description
The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for contractor support, maintenance, and development of the existing Automated Staffing Tool (AST). This development will include incorporation of feedback received through the implementation phase of the AST version 1.0, and validation of the data within the AST in order to incorporate the required three tool enhancement features for risk analysis, employee well-being impacts, and future funding requirements. The requirement will result in a fully-functional AST, facilitation material, and a briefing report providing a response to a GAO audit.
