The Town of Wethersfield is seeking proposals from qualified historic restoration firms for improvements to be completed on the Cove Warehouse, located on Hanmer Road within the Cove Park in Wethersfield, CT. The Town of Wethersfield is the owner of the structure. The Town is seeking restoration and repair services from a qualified historical restoration firm.
