Lander University seeks a qualified, experienced contractor to provide campus wide water testing, monitoring, and treatment services for cooling towers and closed loops. Lander University currently operates cooling towers for 7 Educational buildings with two (2) requiring Propylene Glycol treatment as needed, Two (2) residence halls, Three (3) chilled water closed loops, two (2) hot water closed loops, and Seven (7) heat pump closed loops.
