Solicitation Document Description: Supply and delivery of phosphoric acid for use in municipal drinking water treatment at various facilities on an as and when required basis for the duration of the contract term for of reducing lead service pipe corrosion in the distribution system.
Specific Conditions for Procurement: Suppliers must provide with their bid submission the document set out in Part 4 - Form B - Other Mandatory Submission Requirements which include the following;
1. Specification and Product Concentration
2. ANSI/NSF 60 Certificate
3. Certificate of Analysis
4. Proof of an Established Quality Management System
Applicable Trade Agreement: Chapter 19 of Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
Chapter 5 of Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
