This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to the following pre-qualified suppliers from Category 4 of Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) Doc3279961432 to submit Bids for Professional Engineering Services for the Protection of Priority Storm Outfalls At-Risk Phase 1, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables):
