This work will also require DCAMM filed Sub-Bidders certified in Painting, Resilient Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Acoustic Tile. The bid
process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $1,600,000.00.
