Project Description: The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: Construction of a renovation including, but not limited to: wood framing. sheathing and air barrier. concrete work. carpentry, waterproofing, damp proofing, caulking, roofing, doors and windows, interior finishes. mechanical, plumbing, and electrical, sitework and utilities work.
