RFQ #25107 - RFQ AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPERS

San Joaquin County Health Care Services is requesting proposals from a qualified organization(s) to identify and pre-qualify developers, or teams with management/development experience, interested in submitting proposals under anticipated future funding opportunities to develop a broad range of housing projects for individuals and families experiencing poverty or homelessness, including permanent housing, permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, project-based housing, multi-family housing, shared housing, emergency housing and alternative housing (e.g. tiny houses; accessory dwelling units), any of which may include ongoing wraparound supportive services.
