| Solicitation Document Description: | The Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract (the "Project"). In brief summary, the Work is comprised of but not limited to the supply, installation and commissioning of a complete exterior lighting system for Dufferin Transfer Station located at 35 Vanley Crescent, North York, ON M3J 2B7, Toronto, Ontario. |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
• Must have completed and achieved Substantial Performance within the meaning of the Construction Act, on at least two (2) projects with contract values greater than one-million Canadian Dollars $1,000,000 (excluding taxes) each, within the past five (5) years fulfilling the role of the prime Contractor involving construction of new and/or upgraded exterior lighting at an active/operating facility.
• Each Supplier shall acquire and upload a copy of a valid Certificate of Recognition (COR®) or Equivalent OHS Certification in the legal name of the Supplier or in the case of a joint Bid, for, and in the name of, each member of the Joint Bid Team. |
