RIO REIMAGINED: 3RD STREET RIO SALADO BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE 2-STEP CMAR (READVERTISE) - ST87600140 RAISE

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and complete construction services for the Rio Reimagined: 3rd Street Rio Salado Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach of the project. The bridge project site is located across the Rio Salado/Salt River along the 3rd Street alignment, extending south of University Drive to the existing southern bank pathway. The estimated construction cost is $23 million.
