Synopsis:

The Town of Foam Lake invites qualified contractors to submit a tender for the revitalization of a veranda at the Douglas Heritage House.

The project includes removal of existing exterior wall elements, installation of structural posts, resurfacing of the existing floor, installation of weatherproof vinyl flooring, new base finishing, wood railing installation and site cleanup.

The successful bidder must provide all materials, labour, equipment, and supervision required to complete the project as described in this document.
