Synopsis:

The Town of Foam Lake invites qualified contractors to submit a tender for exterior painting project at the Douglas Heritage House.

The project includes scrapping of the entire exterior including wood siding, trims, and any necessary soffit and fascia, painting of the entire exterior as listed above and painting of any components of the veranda, and any necessary site clean-up.

The successful bidder must provide all materials, labour, equipment, and supervision required to complete the project as described in this document.
