Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center, Acquisition Division (AD) on behalf of the Natural Resource Conservation Service is seeking a contractor to perform services for the state of Ohio. The service includes providing an initial Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) and Annual Re-certifications for the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) in Ohio. This work will include examining both the land uses in each market area requiring opinion of typical fair market value.
