Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repair

SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY! This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 96th AFTC/PZIOCA is currently performing market research on Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repairs needed at Eglin AFB. A Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice. Providing technical capabilities without cost/pricing data will greatly improve PZIOCAs understanding of the market capabilities. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.

Responses to this Sources Sought request should reference "Non-Real Property Maintenance and Repair" and shall include the following information in this format:

1. Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address.

2. Unique Entity ID, Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, GSA contract number, if applicable.

3. Size of business and Socio-Economic Status.

4. Capability statement displaying the contractor's ability to provide the products or services, to include past performance information. If past performance is provided, please include only relevant past performance on the same/similar work within the last 5 years. Please also include in past performance information the contract numbers, dollar value, and period of performance for each contract referenced in the response to this Sources Sought. Please include the following questions/feedback within the capability statement:

4.A Provide comments or suggestions to improve the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

4.B Provide any subcontractors that have been utilized for work in similar nature.

4.C Provide if your company has any limitations on response times requested in the Draft Performance Work Statemen (PWS).

4.D Provide any relevant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) or Product and Service Code (PSC) codes for this type of work.

5. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

All responses to this Sources Sought are to be submitted by 2:00 P.M Central Standard Time, on 19 November 2024. Responses will be accepted via electronic means only to jared.dunn.6@us.af.mil.
