Description

The U.S. Government is seeking a short term lease for 1,800 - 2,500 square feet of office/ retail space in Hawkins, County, TN with 25-50 parking spaces available. There is no preference on fully or partially furnished space, but the leased space should be turnkey with 1 – 3 Lockable Offices. Leased space must be Fully Serviced to include HVAC, Janitorial, Utilities, etc. but must be already built out.

Requested lease term is six months, one month firm with 3 two month options.
