Request for Proposals Mover and Storage Services East Longmeadow High School Building Project

The East Longmeadow Public School District is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide mover and temporary storage services in connection with the East Longmeadow High School Building Project.

The scope of work includes a June 22, 2026 enabling move consisting of the relocation of furnishings, equipment, and materials from the existing East Longmeadow High School (180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA) to off-site storage to be provided by the selected mover. Stored items will be held until the new East Longmeadow High School building is ready for occupancy, anticipated mid- to late-August 2026, at which time the mover will deliver and install items at the new facility.

The base scope anticipates a one- to two-day move operation beginning June 22, 2026.

The Request for Proposals will be available beginning April 6, 2026 . Interested firms may obtain the RFP by contacting the Owner’s Project Manager at the email addresses below.

A mandatory site visit will be held on April 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM at East Longmeadow High School, 180 Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA (Main Entrance).
