OPERATORS QUARTERS DEMOLITION U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS LITTLEVILLE LAKE HUNTINGTON, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Operators Quarters Demolition, Littleville Lake, Huntington, MA

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

Furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to demolish and remove the materials left from one partially demolished building located at Littleville Lake. This includes the removal of asbestos containing material (ACM) floor tile. Reference analytical results performed on 14 SEP 2021 and MAR 2024 in the attachment labeled Test Results.

The work also involves testing of an existing approximately 300 feet of Water Line for the presence of Lead and approximately 100 feet of Sewer Line for the presence of asbestos and or lead.

The Contractor will remove the approximately 300 feet of Water Line and approximately 100 feet of Sewer line. Based on the testing requirement stated above additional Options will be exercised if the tests show that Asbestos is present in the Sewer Line, Lead is present in the Sewer Line, and/or Lead is present in the Water Line.

This is not a request for quotes at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about November 19, 2024. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov).

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
