Project Description: This SOW is to provide services for inspections, samplings, and testing of asbestos containing materials (ACM), report the results of the inspections, prepare plans for ACM abatement and monitor abatement project(s). Service must be performed in buildings and structures owned by TxDOT and others not owned by TxDOT. This may include TxDOT facilities, properties associated with the right-of-way for highway improvements, enhancement projects, bridges, and other highway structures throughout the State of Texas.
