Project Description: Work of the project includes construction of a concrete foundation with 6’ high curb walls with treated wood wall framing above, with exterior cement board siding, interior plywood sheathing, wood trusses, metal roof panels over plywood sheathing, gutters and downspouts, galvanized steel hardware. Major components of the work consist of site grading, reinforced concrete, rough carpentry. Electrical work involved installing a new 100amp panel, LED lights, and GFCI receptacles. Power source from existing panel.
