1) The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to include Brand Name or Equal language in the Solicitation and Appendix A - Brand Name or Equal FCX Item List. If an Offerors proposal is unaffected by Amendment 0002, no additional action is required. If Amendment 0002 affects an Offerors proposal, the Offerors revised proposal is due no later than 31 December 2024 at 1000 Eastern Time. Amendment 0002 changes are captured in red ink. 2) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
