PURPOSE:
The purpose of this request for bid (RFB) is for the Minnesota Department of Transportation to purchase an ECOM-J2KN Pro Easy Portable Emissions Analyzer with e.COMPLY Software or MnDOT APPROVED EQUAL. This is to include the instrument, all accessories/consumables and e.COMPLY software outlined in Exhibit C of the Sample contract.
