Note: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is
anticipated and forthcoming; no quotes are being accepted. The subsequent solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract.The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
