The South Dakota Unified Judicial System (UJS) seeks qualified nonprofit entities, located
within the State of South Dakota, to provide indigent adults with extended residential alternative
care programming designed to reduce their risk of recidivism. The UJS seeks to award a grant

indigent South Dakota residents who qualify for the programming, with a maximum award of

installments upon submission of a detailed invoice. As a condition of receiving grant funds, the
care provider (or providers) shall prepare a report containing information on the results and
outcomes of their respective program participants, including: completion rates, termination
rates, graduation rates, and recidivism data for the particular term of service. Those reports
must be prepared by the care provider (or providers) and submitted to the UJS no later than
November 11, 2026. The successful care provider (or providers) will review all requirements of
the RFP, and submit a proposal (or proposals) by the indicated deadline. Additional details may
