SOLICITATION NOTICE - The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Priced contract for a Spirometer Diagnostic System with on-site Installation and training to meet the requirements of Army Public Health Command Policy, DHADOD 6055.05-M and the National Fire Protection Association (1583, 5th Edition). This is a new requirement to support the Department of Ocuppational Health at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. The Occupational Health Clinic needs the Spirometer Diagnostic Systems to conduct Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) for firefighters’ annual medical surveillance physicals (140 employees), and all others working in high-risk areas or respiratory exposure.

Offerors shall conform to the requirements of the Soliciation and must comply with the listed Essential Characterists, FAR Provision 52.212-1 (Including Addendum 52.212-1, and FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Including Addendum 52.212-2).
