The City of Lloydminster (City) is planning to transition to a new Financial and Municipal Software by January 1, 2029, as support for the current application Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) ends on December 31, 2029. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive business analysis (including process mapping and needs assessment), coupled with the complexity of integrating multiple systems and modules, the City is seeking Proposals from qualified Vendors who can act as a pre-implementation consultant.
