This RFQ has been extended to 30 April 2025. All quotes must be submitted by 10:00am CST on 30 April 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commodity prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q6072 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 and DFARS change notice 01/17/2025. This NAICS code is 315250 and the size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is to provide Basic Military Training (BMT) and Military Training Instructor (MTI) gear.

CST, 24 April 2025 - Thursday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 10:00am. CST, 17 April 2025 - Wednesday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
