SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE SALEM COUNTY RAILYARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

Sealed bid responses will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the County of Salem, State of New Jersey on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11:00am prevailing time at the Salem County Administration Building, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for Specifiactions for the Purchase of Materials for the Salem county Railyard Improvement Project; Bid 25-219 Resubmission.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held Virtually at 11:00 A.M. (Prevailing Time) on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Call-in information is available within the technical specifications under Section #5 titled “Pre-Bid Conference”.
