Project Description: Through internal review processes, the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DHHS/DSPD) has identified the need for additional measures to ensure client health and safety. DHHS/DSPD is implementing new contractual requirements around direct support professional training requirements. DHHS/DSPD is also implementing new contractual requirements for the placement of “Do Not Resuscitate” (DNR) orders.
