The purpose of this procurement is to purchase 84C (Composite) Contact Rail and Associated Components for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) track rehabilitation. This will be a one (1) year contract in which Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to design, manufacture, test, inspect, and deliver 84C Composite Contact Rail and associated components by meeting the technical specifications in this Scope of Work (SOW).
