Community Center Roof and Windows

The City of Framingham, Massachusetts invites sealed bids to replace the roof and windows at the Framingham Community Center (former Marian High School) located at 273 Union Avenue in Framingham, MA 01702.

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project;

General bid certification category is Roofing and Doors & Windows

Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following trades:

Roofing

Damp Proofing

Glazing

Masonry

In order to be eligible and responsible to bid on this project, General Bidders certified in Roofing and Doors & Windows and Filed Sub-Bidders shall submit with their bid a current Certificated of Eligibility for Roofing, Damp Proofing, Glazing or Masonry issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, DCAMM (formerly the Division of Capital Planning and Operations, DCPO), together with an Update Statement.

Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 after 10:00 A.M.

Sealed filed sub-bids for Roofing, Damp Proofing, Glazing and Masonry must be received no later than Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 10:00 AM via the Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Sealed bids for the General contract shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 10:00AM.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.  .

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
