The Town of Vernon is seeking proposals from qualified and certified Connecticut revaluation firms to perform Assessment Valuation / Revaluation services of all real estate for the October 1, 2026 Grand List. A company must have performed at least one such project in the last five years for a municipality whose assessment list is comparable in size and type of properties to the Town of Vernon.

Answers to questions received will be posted by Tuesday, July 8, 2025 on the Town’s website at https://www.vernon-ct.gov/page/bids-and-rfps and at the Connecticut State Department of Administrative Services (DAS) at https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/CTSource by referencing Contract #2155 It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to review any or all addendum or question responses related to this RFP.
