Construction services for the roof replacement which includes, but may not be limited to, demolition of the existing/ abandoned penetrations and curbs and the installation of new safety rails around roof drains. The base bid scope includes the scope of work to the Linn Gym and the low roof.The Additive Bid Item No. 1: Scope includes the scope of work for the Cage gym. Existing roof installation consists of multiple ply asphaltic roofing membrane with mineral surfaced cap sheet over perlite cover board and 4-inches of polyisocyanurate insulation on a base sheet mechanically fastened to lightweight cementitious fill on a tectum roof deck. Remove all elements down to and including base sheet.
