| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
The project scope includes exterior envelope repairs to the fly tower of the Cultural Arts Building on UNCW's main campus. Work will involve brick veneer repairs, flashing and sealant replacement, and related waterproofing improvements. There may be the addition of decorative molding and membrane roofing replacement. The scope also includes an investigation phase to determine the source(s) of water infiltration through visual inspection, envelope testing, followed by a written conditions assessment and design for proposed improvements.
