| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
This project will replace and renew critical portions of the existing steam distribution system. Project focus will be on sections between Manhole(MH) #11 to MH #15, MH #54 to MH #57, and piping between MH #27 to the Music Building/Peabody Park Bridge, and possibly including the section from MH #15 to MH #17. All work will be integrated with the campus automation system (BAS). Construction is envisioned to be sequenced to limit overall disruption to the highly visible and occupied portion of central campus. All submissions should be sent electronically to fdc@uncg.edu, and are due by 12 p.m. (noon) on July 18, 2025.
