Acadia National Park - Replace Fuel Dispensing Monitoring Equipment for Two Vehicular Fuel Systems

This project involves the procurement and implementation of a Fuel Management System to support fuel dispensing operations of gasoline and diesel at two fueling sites. The system will enable secure, user-based fuel access and data tracking to improve accountability, federally mandated reporting, and operational efficiency, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for interested offerors on August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am ET. Participants will meet at Acadia National Park Headquarters, 20 McFarland Hill Dr., Bar Harbor, ME 04609. After visiting the Bar Harbor site, participants will have the option to drive to the Schoodic location, approximately a 90-minute drive from the first site.
Amendment 0001:

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to all questions received, pictures of the sites, electrical system details, and the sign-in sheet from the organized site-visit.
