The City of Galveston is accepting sealed proposals on a contract for UTMB Elevated Storage Tank Rehabilitation.  Sealed proposals shall be uploaded to the Purchasing Division online portal for solicitation submittals.

There will be a pre-proposal conference on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the following location:

Public Works Building – PWF Training RM

3015 Market Street

Galveston, Texas

Solicitation submittals will be received until 9:00 a.m., Thursday, April 16, 2026 and opened immediately in that office.  Any response received after that time will not be considered. Click the link below to upload your submittal.
