2025 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Assistance

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide professional services related to preparation of a 2025 Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Application and professional administrative and technical services to oversee project activities for the project, if awarded grant funding through the program. The selected individual or firm shall be responsible for all phases of general program administration and compliance under the Town’s direct supervision for approved project. These services include, but are not limited to, grant preparation and submission, general administration, assistance with public meetings, project management, environmental reviews, affirmative action, fair housing and equal opportunity, Section 3, Davis-Bacon Wage Compliance, and Citizen Participation.
