| Description: | Granville County Economic Development, North Carolina, (“County”) is conducting a qualification-based selection process for engineering and other related professional services from qualified firms who wish to be considered for providing services to Granville County Economic Development in support of due diligence documentation for the Triangle North Granville site (approximately 500 acres) with NC Selectsite Readiness Program funding. Granville County Economic Development is soliciting proposals to contract with one or more firms capable of providing general on-call engineering and other professional services for the County. Qualified firms that can demonstrate experience working with North Carolina's local governments are encouraged to respond. Proposers must be licensed in North Carolina and be members in good standing within their respective professional licensing organizations. Granville County Economic Development encourages proposals submitted by small, minority, veteran-owned and woman-owned firms. Firms that do not have all services in house may include subcontractors who will be part of their project team in their response. Contracts for services shall be negotiated on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications. All necessary staffing, management, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies shall be provided by the firm(s) to complete the identified services. |
