REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
WESTFIELD MEMORIAL POOL CONCESSION
FOR THE TOWN OF WESTFIELD, RECREATION DEPARTMENT
Pursuant to the fair and open process (NJSA 19:44-20.A), and in accordance with the New
Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.), the Town of Westfield is
requesting proposals for:
2026 Operation of the Food Concession at the Westfield Memorial Pool
Specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk or via email at
townclerk@westfieldnj.gov.
Sealed RFP/RFQ responses will be received by the Town Clerk on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at
10:00 a.m. in the office of the Town Clerk, Municipal Building, 425 East Broad Street, Westfield,
NJ 07090, at which time and place responses will be opened for:
2026 Operation of the Food Concession at the Westfield Memorial Pool
All questions regarding the Request for Proposals should be made in writing to Dan Hontz,
Recreation Director, 425 E. Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090 or dhontz@westfieldnj.gov.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.
17:27 et seq.
