Synopsis:

|
Water Security Agency’s Westside Irrigation Rehabilitation Project is proceeding through an environmental impact assessment. The ministry is seeking an external technical reviewer(s) to participate as part of the review panel for the project. The key technical review area of focus for the selected contractor will be surface water quantity, quality and hydrology for Lake Diefenbaker and the Saskatchewan River system.

The services that are required for this review are as follows:
- Conducting initial and iterative reviews of the surface water quantity, quality, and hydrology components of the environmental impact statement (statement), including related technical supporting documents/reports, and modeling/analyses.
- Preparing technical review comments on the statement.
- Participating in meetings with the ministry and WSA, as required.
- Corresponding with ministry staff as needed.
