Project Description: The County seeks proposals from qualified insurance carriers to provide stop-loss insurance coverage for its self-funded employee health benefit plan for active employees and their dependents, retirees and their dependents under age 65 and cobra effective October 1, 2025. The objective is to secure financial protection against high-cost individuals and aggregate medical claims, ensuring the sustainability of the County's health benefits program. We are not seeking agent or consultant bids during this RFP.
