Staff Accommodation RTM

Complete supply, delivery and setup of a new, wood frame RTM Staff Accommodation at the West Hawk Lake Maintenance Yard.
Project includes but is not limited to:

1. Provide Sealed Engineered plans for new RTM, including concrete foundation,
2. All necessary Building and Service Permits,
3. All necessary professional engineering and design services,
4. All management, labour, and supervision,
5. All materials, plant, tools, and transportation,
6. Complete construction of a granular base course foundation pad,
7. Cast  in place concrete foundation (spread footing, pads, ICF wall, & skirting insulation),
8. PWF plywood sheathing around exterior of foundation wall,
9. Two sets of stairs,
10. Complete crawl space development, including weeping tile & sump pit,
11. All mechanical services, equipment and installation,
12. All electrical services, equipment and installation,
13. final grade around perimeter of building,
14. All reasonable incidentals necessary for the complete construction,
15. Warranty of workmanship and materials,

All work shall be performed to the highest industry standards, using best practices and skilled labour. Workmanship shall reflect attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in all aspects of construction.
