Comprehensive Safety Action Plan

This is a Request for Qualifications to The City of Villa Rica for developing a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan as indicated herein. Sealed responses will be received at the office of the City Manager (in the City of Villa Rica City Hall Building at the above address) prior to 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 30, 2024. The City of Villa Rica will review all responses, and they will ultimately be ranked according to this document.

Instructions for preparation and submission of a response are contained in the packet. Responses must be typed. Responses submitted as a result of this invitation must include all required documents and shall be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked, "SEALED RFQ for Villa Rica Comprehensive Safety Action Plan" on the outside. Responses may not be considered unless received.

Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted in writing at least 17 days prior to the above-mentioned due date. Send to Diana DeSanto at ddesanto@villarica.gov. The City will not respond to any questions received within 17 days of the RFQ due date. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for response will be promulgated to all email addresses as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non-binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
