Description

This requirement is for the procurement of routine HVAC maintenance and repair services at Government-identified locations in Sterling, VA; Denton, TX; and Sacramento, CA. These services will ensure HVAC systems supporting Western Shelters remain operational, reliable, and properly maintained through scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, and Government-authorized replacement of repair parts.

The primary objective is to maintain safe, functional, and climate-controlled work environments that support continuity of operations, protect Government facilities and equipment, and reduce the risk of system failures or unplanned service disruptions. Routine HVAC maintenance will help sustain Western Shelter readiness by ensuring service needs are addressed promptly and by supporting the long-term performance of HVAC equipment.
