Scope of Work: The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to construct a
shared use asphalt pathway along the north side of the Able Canal. The Project spans approximately six
miles from Harns Marsh to Joel Boulevard in Lehigh Acres, Florida and will have connections to Harns
Marsh, Lehigh Acres Community Park, and Lehigh Acres Trail Head Park. The pathway shall be
constructed within the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District (LA-MSID) right of way
