The DCC is seeking qualified Offerors to support the DCC Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division (CPFMD) by proactively engaging in and managing all aspects of the provision of new furniture, furnishings, and furniture-related materials; and the use, reuse, and storage of DCC’s inventory of existing furniture, furnishings, and furniture-related materials.
The objective of this solicitation is to award not less than two (2) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts and three (3) immediate Task Orders (TO) for the procurement of furniture, furnishings, related supplies and furniture-related labor services (specified herein and in Attachments J.10 and J.11) for the Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division (CPFMD) of the District of Columbia Courts (called DCC or Courts or Owner).
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED- Comprehensive furniture-related coordination services at any DCC location may include, but are not limited to: the specification, procurement, scheduling, production, delivery, and installation of furniture; the disassembly and reconfiguration, relocation or storage of existing furniture; the development and presentation of typical furniture layouts and designs; the development of furniture requirements and plans and coordination of those requirements and plans with DCC representatives such as, architects, engineers, design-build contractors, and general contractors; the review of architectural and construction documents to ensure the inclusion of furniture requirements provided and code requirements related to furniture placement and layout; onsite oversight, supervision, and coordination of all furniture-related activities during construction and before, during and upon completion of furniture installation; and post-construction asset management services.
