Project Description: Charlotte Water (CLTWater) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering companies (Company or Proposer) to provide professional engineering servies for the Mallard Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Reclaimed Water System Improvements Project.
