Pre-Solicitation Conference Notice
The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) invites interested parties to attend a pre-solicitation conference for design engineering for the Regional Reuse Purification System (system) conveyance components (project). General contractors and suppliers of equipment and materials are also encouraged to attend.
The system is a planned infrastructure network comprised of reclamation facilities, advanced water purification technology, conveyance infrastructure, and storage facilities. The district will be issuing a multiple-award procurement to solicit statements of qualifications for the design engineering of the conveyance components of the system.
Project Scope:
• Approximately 37 miles of 48” welded steel pipeline
• Three pump stations
• Two storage facilities
The conference will include a presentation on the project and multiple-award procurement process with an opportunity for questions and answers.
